Paid readings are sold at a one-time price, with no automatic renewal. There is no satisfaction guarantee. Before preparation begins, you may cancel for a full refund; once work starts, voluntary change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Exceptions for payment, delivery and material errors, and all mandatory consumer rights, remain available. See our refund policy.
